More URL sensitive site settings

It would be great if Owl could have more URL-specific site rules. I'm not really in favor of letting users write Regexs, but rather have 3 possible rules for the user to choose from:

• Domain (so, on http://example.com/test?abc=1, it would apply the theme to all sites in example.com domain)
• Page (on http://example.com/test?abc=1, it would apply to the page example.com/test)
• URL (exact URL, so http://example.com/test?abc=1 would be added as is to the list)
