The images tag should is a specify number not latest

in https://github.com/Cp0204/CasaOS-AppStore-Play/blob/33166b5a3870466e740998eaf5563b28edc93b98/Apps/xunlei/docker-compose.yml#L4C6-L4C6. 👀 It should be a value, otherwise, Casaos can't check the new version.

Thanks, I know this is an irregular usage. But I can update the app by editing the settings, which is a lot less work than maintaining mirror tags. The good thing is that user can always get the latest version of the app even if the store is unmaintained.
