Improved error message on incorrect password on ALKS session resume

yesterday, I changed the password and I was trying to resume my ALKS session.

when I ran basic alks sessions... command I see this message on the console.

Error: Bad response received, please check API URL.

P.S: I was able to fix it by alks developer configure

I expect if my password is changed/incorrect I get a better error message on console.
