新版element plus 中dialog的拖拽 缩放 全屏不生效

element-plus 2.8.8 和 2.9.7 版本 不生效:

经过测试发现是下图中的children 是空; 也就说没有获取到dialog中的元素. 目前没有找到解决方式,
