I did say it was wonky! The problem is I don't think I have a backward reference to the signals already in the Token Area. So there is no way...

There was talk once of adding markers like Buildcraft's marker system to lay out paths for the Track Layer to follow.

Command Blocks confuse me.

All I know is that it breaks peoples scripts right now.

You'd still eventually end up with your Track Layer at the bottom of a hole somewhere. Suspended Tracks can only extend two blocks out from a support.

The skybridge thing is kind of cool. I'll poke it eventually. Probably once @liach is done with the relayer rework.
