Installation issue on Linux Mint 21

Solved by:

pip install git+https://github.com/pybluez/pybluez.git#egg=pybluez ( https://stackoverflow.com/a/75820681 )

and changing the requirements.txt file from PyBluez==0.23 to PyBluez==0.30
