Vertical alignment for WDynamicLabel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Unlike WLabel WDynamicalLabel can only set horisontal alignment not vertical, so when using them together it can be difficult to get them aligned.

Describe the solution you'd like setVerticalAlignment for WDynamicLabel just like it works for WLabel
