from Motif to Gene

Hi,

Thanks for the nice package. I was wondering, is there a way to do the analysis from Motif to Gene? Say for example, I have ATACseq data from two conditions and I want to know for a particular motif (i.e. SP1) what are the genes whose promoter show differential binding of the motif in question. Any pointers?
