Support for QNX 7.1/8.0

I have prepared QNX port for qnx version 7.1 and 8.0 The build and test setup provided on https://github.com/qnx-ports/build-files/tree/main/ports/restbed I have also created a draft PR: https://github.com/Corvusoft/restbed/pull/548

Could you please give me a hint if QNX port could be included?

We can certainly take a deeper look into this and schedule for an upcoming release.
