@Daninator1 being out of ambient causes the OS to use more power as well. I think there is still merit to an always on mode that preserves the OS ambient...

@Daninator1 Essentially, yes. The OS limits background activity etc to save battery so this would be a good move.

Not sure when you can expect 1.7.0 to be completed, but development should speed significantly past May 10th so it will be in sometime this summer for sure

this is a good idea, will implement in 1.6.0 release

we can use geocoder to get coordinates for an address. So perhaps instead of coordinate support I just allow you to enter an address in the phone app?
