Hoppers are causing huge performance issues

Hey,

I was wondering why my server laggs so hard in the plotworld. So yeah i researched a bit and tested many things and after i placed many hoppers in a world the world begun to get lower ticks. just 40 hoppers push the world respond time from 0.20ms to 4.32ms

Can you test that and fix that?
