German translation.

I think we should add it to a /Hierarchy/languages directory instead of Hierarchy/resources

So that it's not mixed up with the actual configuration file, and it would be seen easily.

We could even add a link to the Readme file that links to the directory

And Role != Group xddd

The original English language file uses Role instead of Group

Produced by the MessageStore, it already contains the default messages inside it

Oh, sorry I totally forgot it. The "group" problem is solved now.
