[Bug] Vomiting interrupts mood icon

Describe the issue

The mood icon of a patient can be dropped when they vomit and not come back (noticeable with the 'awaiting your decision' mood).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a level 1 hospital with a reception and gp only

2. Wait for patient to see GP and exit

3. Watch patient lose the waiting icon after a while when they vomit.

Expected Behaviour

We should be maintaining the mood icon even after a vomit interrupt (or some others, pee might also cause it)
