Using custom torrent hash

Certain torrent trackers while public, dont allow anything.

Could it be possible to setup the hash to a custom value or values?

I would think it could be added as a text file, or docker variable maybe?

Example of such tracker:

http://anidex.moe:6969/announce | 91.121.145.207 | Rejected | Tracker error message: "unregistered torrent"

newTrackon is a tool to track public open trackers. Open in this context usually means they accept any hash. Modifying newTrackon to also track non-open trackers should be easy, but not a big priority right now. PRs welcome.
