Thresholds recovery

Thresholds just dont' work. We take colors only from MulpibarProfgress which doesn't have this logic at all. In other words, we dont use ProgressList with that code.

Another prblem is that we need to distinguish bars in multibar of the same color. @mattchaley maybe you wold add borders or other visual elemts, please help me here bro)

@rozetko I am going to recover all coloring, so I am going to make color to work as it used to work for single progress bars. As I talked, I am going to make some UI fixes also to deal with same color bars problem.
