Grafana 7.2+ support

According to this issue (https://github.com/CorpGlory/grafana-data-exporter/issues/37), we have the same problem as in Hastic (https://github.com/hastic/hastic-grafana-app/issues/462), that is: the exporter panel doesn't work in Grafana 7.2+
