[Suggestion] Hurricanes

Yeah, pretty self explanatory. It'll be really cool if you add storms that go from Tropical Depression to Category 5 hurricanes. The size of it these tropical storms are maybe gonna be massive realistically but it'll be awesome. Make it so you can disable it in configs since I feel like not everyone will want this.
