Configure Clouds + Tornado Damage

 I was wondering if, in the 1.18.2 version of Weather2, it is possible to remove the Weather2 clouds, but still be able to see the particles from the tornadoes and such.
 As well, I can't seem to get the config to properly work in completely stopping tornadoes from picking up blocks and friendly creatures/villagers.
