whenever a tornado goes over a deep hole in the ground the height of the clouds changes and not just the funnel of the tornado going down to meet the new ground level

Corosus trying new things instead having tornadoes going through Mountains, which looks more Realistic when it goes over mountain, just bit of adjusting should do trick

should just set a limit on how low the tornado can go,, also height not hight
