How to make the Tornado and Hurricanes pick up everything

I was messing around with this trying to see how to make tornadoes and hurricanes pick up everything but I dont know how, I have also searched youtube and still dont have an answer for this. Can you please help me out on how to do this? Thanks!

To do this, change Storm_Tornado_GrabListBlacklistMode to true in Config Tornado, and then remove everything in Storm_Tornado_GrabList under Config Tornado; both of these configs in the advanced config menu.

In theory this should allow all blocks to be picked up since the grab list is a blacklist,
