Entities such as cows, horses, or any other creature rubber banding / lagging about 30 to 40 blocks away while flying through the air in tornado.

It starts off looking great but as the storm moves away blocks and anything else that has been picked up via the tornado starts to rubberband. Entities do not have to be flying to rubberband or lag.
