The rains don't want to progress

When i summon the "thunder" "wind" "spout" etc... it don't progress, but it appears a green state image

If you are using the weather block to create weather then it will never progress. Not sure about commands but i assume the same thing.

it's great if you want to create an area in the ocean with constant wind or storms. Just hide a weather machine at the bottom of the ocean.

Storm that are also created with commands will not progress normally. They will remain the level you spawned them in usually and will die off normally.
