Feature Add: IP to from HEX converter

New tool idea

Clear and concise description of the feature you are proposing

I find myself using a Hex to IP converter when debugging packet captures. I was thinking that this would be a nice add to the toolbox.

Is their example of this tool in the wild?

I should add that the IPv4 converter that is already in the tool does not allow me to decode if it is already in hex format.
