Add pasting feature when need to upload file in base64 file converter

Hi, I always need to convert some network image to base64, so I used base64 file converter tool a lot. But I have to download the image into somewhere in the disk and then select to upload it for converting. I would copy the image then paste onto the card for converting, it would be saving a lot of time and convenient.

Is their example of this tool in the wild?
