Feature request: editing and saving files

pls add editing & saving

Thank you @maxvol! I understand that writing an edited XLSX file is a priority and I'd be happy to merge PRs with good test coverage implementing this. In the meantime, I'm also waiting for MaxDesiatov/XMLCoder#11 to become ready for merge, not having that working prevents us from cleanly testing a written XLSX file against a reference test fixture because of attributes changing order.
