out_of_range error not raised

First of all, thank you for providing this very useful software!

What I have noticed is that (at least) for the functions hmass_Tp and smass_Tp, it is possible to pass pressure values below the specified minimum Pmin without receiving an error; instead, some numerical value is returned (probably obtained by evaluating the corresponding functions outside of their definition ranges?).

Other functions such as hmass_pQ and T_psmass throw an out_of_range error in case the provided pressure is below Pmin, so I think this behavior is not intended and therefore wanted to let you know.
