Feature Request: Able to define just lore on tools

Describe the solution you'd like Right now the system requires you to define a custom name and whatever lore you want. It would be super helpful if any name would be allowed (aka no custom name defined) while also having specific lore. Thus, it would be possible to essentially create "enchantments" in the form of extra fortune (special item drop chance with specific lore).
