Item drop parses meta after dropping

Describe the bug It's an internal bug in which the item's lore and name are processed after the item has already been dropped.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure items go to inventory is enabled in config
2. Setup a drop with custom name and lore
3. Perform drop
4. See incorrect behavior

Expected behavior What ideally needs to happen is the item's lore and name are set, and THEN it is dropped/given to the inventory.
