NPC citizens support for most triggers and drops

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Would be nice to have npc interaction with drops.

Describe the solution you'd like Support for RIGHT/LEFT click and other triggers that may be applicable for npcs created from the citizens plugin allowing NPC/NPC_TYPE/NPC_NAME ie: an irongolem npc with the name "Iron"

NPC: or CITIZEN@IRON_GOLEM!~Iron: - trigger: LEFT_CLICK tool: ANY message: "Don't touch me!"
