Check if tool is in offhand?

Describe the solution you'd like I just want to be able to have a way to check if the tool is in the offhand

Describe alternatives you've considered Execute command, too complicated though. This plugin is really easy to use, and would prefer to use it over the execute command.

Sorry for how long it took to address this issue, but are you looking for a way to mandate it in the offhand, or to just see if the offhand contains the item?
