Well, not to convert on its own, but definitely would be able to load in the images and allow you to convert them.
That's totally different. A few builds of Windows exist for ARM64 processors, not RISC-V. It is not trivial to just change what architecture software runs for.

Might be smart using discussions for this instead of issues, but I'm just someone interested in this project and have no authority
I think the ideal solution would be to get Sedna working again by trying to recreate the issues without requiring minecraft on top of it
