This patch only CMR2.exe. For network game i need CMR2Network.exe. It's possible too?

CMR2.exe also allows for network play, any particular reason you need the network executable specifically?

You had to run CMR2Network.exe to act as network server. CMR2.exe only join to network server

I was under an impression that you can do both from CMR2.exe and CMR2Network only doesn't require a disc to play? I'll have to check again.
