Option for "Tooltip warning at X times CPS" to be based on RAW CPS

Feature description

The "Tooltip Warning at X Times CPS" option is very useful for making sure that my next purchase doesn't push me below a target amount. I use it to target the "Chain Cookies Required (Frenzy)" amount, personally. However, upon actually activating a Frenzy or some other temporary production boost, the boosted CPS is used for calculations. It would be helpful is this calculation could be made to use for raw CPS instead.

For example, I currently need 1.556 Quint. cookies to get the max rewards from a Frenzy-Chain combo, and I've set the tooltip up for 240570x my CPS so that I won't go below the amount needed to max my Frenzy-Chain rewards. When I mouse over an upgrade to buy, it says I am 197 Quad. cookies short of where I should be before buying the upgrade. But then, if I activate a Frenzy, that deficit amount jumps to 9.543 Quint, since it is based on my current CPS. So suddenly, I now don't know for certain if I can buy this upgrade or not. The only way for me to figure it out is to either check the math myself, or to wait for the Frenzy to end so the tooltip gives me the information I'm looking for.
