Add-on Manager cannot be opened
Whenever I try to open the addon manager, BiscuitBrowser crashes immediatly. This also happens directly after a fresh install.
Thanks for letting me know about the issue. I intend to fix it ASAP, and I think it's a server-side issue, but it only occurs on some devices which is a bit confusing for me. I'm working on rewriting the add-on server and large parts of the app for the next update to fix bugs like this and to stop them happening again. For now, setting the custom add-on collection user to 16711598 and name to scwknownextensions should load the add-ons
Alright, I looked into the issue and tried on Android versions down to 5.1.1, but I couldn't recreate the issue. I suspect that the add-on manager may have downloaded an add-on list with an error in it from the server and cached it, but I'm not sure. Did the issue start right when you installed 7.0 or a bit after installation? If it was afterwards, the best thing to do would be to wait 24 hours for the cache to clear and try again and see if the crash stops.
Yes, it is still crashing on both of my Android devices. Anything else I could try?
Probably testing setting the add-on store to use a custom collection with the collection user set to 16711598 and name to scwknownextensions (two app restarts will probably be required after the change to make sure the app reloads the add-on list). It helped for some other users with the same issue. Once again, sorry about the issue. As soon as I can recreate the crash, I'll fix it ASAP.
Done. When I set a custom collection as stated by you, add-on management works. As soon as I switch it off again, the browser crashes again when trying to open Add-On manager.
