New futurerestore arguments

so V266 released with --skip-blob and --no-cache wondering if you are gonna adapt these to gui soon ?

I've added four more arguments that I believe would be used, but I'm unsure if anyone using --skip-blob or --no-cache would be using the GUI—if there is an interest, I could add them, but to save space, I currently have not implemented the arguments.
