After adding resolution of hosts dynamically the maven repository was not updated

Hello, Post bee6eec11bb896ef8b47dba4eb26ae4802da35c7 commit, the build was not uploaded on maven repository.Hence, facing issue with using the library.

Kindly upload the latest build on maven repositoy.

@seekprateek I've forked the library due to a pressing need for Cassandra driver 3.x support. Feel free to have a try and let me know if you find any issues.
