Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For now chproxy doesn`t store own logs and I could see them only in stdout.

Describe the solution you'd like Its good option for chproxy to store logs to file like /var/log/chproxy. Also with adding different severity level like: info, warning, errors, debug
