Add new issues to backlog in project automatically

Should they be added to backlog or a new column for issue backlog etc.?

We should still discuss this. As what would work better:

• a) New issues added to the backlog automatically
• b) Manual triage – project maintainers add issues to the backlog manually after doing some grooming
