fix(metrics): update current_response_time_percentiles fetch

Update to follow the change of the current_response_time_percentiles in the JSON response from locust's /stats/requests URI.

As this project seems to be completely abandoned I created my own fork. I implemented a fix for this, and also updated a bunch of vulnerabilities etc. Check it out here
