Network Trunks

Hi,

I would like to add the trunk networking APIs which are currently missing from OS4j (detailed here: https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/network/v2/#trunk-networking) So should I attempt to integrate this with an existing service (i.e. NetworkService or PortService) or should it be made in it's own separate service?
