Aside from downloading the large, medium, or small model, is there anything else one has to install on one's PC for this (and Whisperer) to work? Asking for a friend.

Rick, only Whisperer needs ffmpeg Live Writer doesn't need that or anything else.

设置面板里面，找到声音 Sound，在 Recording 的选项卡里面，勾选立体声混音，然后在 App 里面，麦克风选择立体声混音，即可内录 windows 扬声器声音 @Idealisten @Walkerby
