I'm not entirely sure how, but I believe it is a race condition that happens if someone submits invitations rapidly in succession. The [invitations code](https://github.com/tkriplean/ConsiderIt/blob/master/%40server/controllers/subdomain_controller.rb#L288) _should_ prevent this from happening.
