Mac M1 arm64 build support

Hi there,

It would be awesome to have an arm64 release as well. Since Go support for Mac M1 (1.16) is now stable and there are several projects that depend on the releases compatible version of geth (quorum-wizard).

I think the process of building it is going to be smooth. I compiled locally and run it without problems. However, other projects such as quorum-wizard download and install geth internally using public URL, and it fails to run on Mac M1 because of the architecture mismatch. Can you include a release for arm64 in the pipeline along the other existing ones? Thanks
