[!NOTE] Adds native token TATERZ and bumps token-list minor version; reorders and restores several canonical/native entries (e.g., APE, LINK, DSLA, LUSD/LBR).

• Token list version: bump versions[0].minor from 59 to 60.
• Additions:
  • Add native token TATERZ (0xd221cf22B2B9643b44ba0873E08eC1952D52508a).
• Reorganizations/Restorations:
  • Restore and reposition canonical/native entries including APE, LINK, DSLA, and adjust LUSD/LBR placement.
  • Reintroduce and group Mendi-related tokens (MENDI, sMendi, uMendi, LVC, veLVC).
