[!NOTE] Adds izumi Token (iZi) to the Linea shortlist, bumps version to 1.60.4, and reorders/restores several existing token entries.

• Token list (json/linea-mainnet-token-shortlist.json):
  • New token: Add izumi Token (iZi) as native at 0x60d01ec2d5e98ac51c8b4cf84dfcce98d527c747 with logo and timestamps.
  • Version: Bump versions.minor from 59 to 60.
  • Curation/reorg:
    • Reorder and restore existing entries (no metadata changes) for tokens including ApeCoin (APE), DSLA, Donald Toad Coin (DTC), ChainLink (LINK), Lybra (LBR), LUSD, Mendi variants (MENDI, sMendi, uMendi), Linea Velocore (LVC), veLVC, USDT, USDP, USK, wDAI, etc., maintaining their addresses and extensions.
