[!NOTE] Adds SDC and Lybra (LBR) to the Linea mainnet token shortlist and bumps the list minor version, with minor reordering and metadata tweaks.

• Token list (json/linea-mainnet-token-shortlist.json):
  • Version bumped to 1.60.4.
• Additions:
  • SDC (native, 6 decimals) at 0x176211869ca2b568f2a7d4ee941e073a821ee111.
  • Lybra Finance (LBR) (canonical-bridge) at 0x9D36f49D3d42B3A9BcC0f5Ac76fF8ef78fB2bC01.
• Metadata updates:
  • Updated logoURI for Beaver Coin.
  • Minor reordering and metadata tweaks (e.g., updatedAt, placement) for several existing entries (e.g., LINK, LUSD, USDT, USDP, Mendi/Velocore family).
