[!NOTE] Updates release notes with Beta v4.3 (throughput increase, bug fix, and transaction bundling breaking changes) and adds a Beta v4.2 header.

• Docs → docs/release-notes.mdx:
  • Beta v4.3:
    • Removes prover throughput limits to increase TPS (lower, steadier gas; faster confirmations; better scaling for high-traffic dApps).
    • Bug fix: prevents rare cases of indefinitely pending transactions.
    • Breaking change — Transaction bundling:
      • Wallets: support Linea eth_sendBundle endpoint and EIP-5792; implement wallet-side sponsorship if offered.
      • Dapps: support EIP-5792 to send bundles; implement fallback if wallet lacks sendBundle.
  • Adds placeholder section for Beta v4.2.
