Support for Y registers in Fatek switches, rollershuters and minor configuration inconsistencies

Reported through forums - some features in fatek binding are not working with programs compatible with OH 2.5.

Have to investigate these in order to provide a smooth migration path between OH 2.5 and provided fatek binding.
