Install script for Linux and Windows environment

A Tombolo install script for linux, mac and Windows environment which would help user getting started with the project, by installing all the dependencies required by the project, along with installing the project itself. The commands are already provided in the installation guides, need to wrap them up in a script, e.g. bash or other based on the platform.
