Mapping from LSOA to LA not working

Mapping to containing subject field does not work for City of London 001A. Need to check that Local Authority contains CoL 001A.

This might be due to LA geographies not subsuming the LSOA ones completely. I.e. the edge is coarser.

A fix would be to add a percentage attribute to the mapping that says to which extent the the subsuming geography needs to overlap with the subsumed geography.

Another possible implementation may be adding a buffer to the larger subject geography (potentially user provided) before doing the geoMatchRule 'within'. Currently looking into this.

That is a good solution that would work generally for any geometry and could be controlled flexibly by a parameter in the field.
